This custom residential renovation featured a comprehensive home transformation paired with the addition of a thoughtfully designed Junior Accessory Dwelling Unit (JADU). The project included reimagined living spaces, premium finishes, custom cabinetry, upgraded flooring, modern lighting, and refined architectural details throughout the home.



Designed to maximize both functionality and long-term value, the new JADU was seamlessly integrated into the existing residence, creating a sophisticated and versatile living space while maintaining the home's overall character and aesthetic. From initial demolition through final craftsmanship, every aspect of the project was carefully executed to deliver a timeless, elevated living environment tailored to the homeowner's vision.
