This Rancho Bernardo HOA contracted us to build an 1800 square foot pool house patio structure. This structure was designed to be an outdoor community room where people could hold barbecues and gather near the pool while having the same amenities as being indoors.  This ground-up project allowed us to build a patio structure that some would consider home.
