Firestone Builders partnered with TrueCare and Boulder Associates to deliver a 10,000-square-foot, OSHPD 3 medical facility in Oceanside, California. As TrueCare’s new flagship location, the clinic sets a higher standard for patient-centered healthcare environments. The facility features 20 versatile exam rooms, a fully integrated Fuji digital X-ray suite, multiple nurse stations, strategically placed restrooms, and dedicated lab and clean rooms, all designed to enhance patient flow, efficiency, and care quality.


Built for durability and long-term performance, the facility incorporates high-efficiency HVAC systems, upgraded water-saving plumbing, and energy-efficient lighting. Materials were carefully selected to balance resilience with a welcoming, modern aesthetic.


This project embodies TrueCare’s mission of bringing "Health Inside" to the community, creating a healthcare space that is accessible, efficient, and designed to serve Oceanside for years to come. Firestone Builders is proud to have played a key role in bringing this vision to life.
