6390 Del Cerro Parking Lot ADA Upgrades

The parking lot of one of our good clients had a non-compliant ADA/handicapped parking space and multiple drainage issues in their parking lot. The drainage issues caused multiple cracks and damaged the existing asphalt. These issues were a hazard for the tenants occupying the space. 

Firestone builders and team quickly assisted in renovating the parking lot.

The concrete ribbon gutter and drains were redone to allow for proper drainage. The ADA parking spot was raised to be within compliance. Lastly, the asphalt in the lot was patched back, sealed and re-striped to look like a new parking lot.
