This full-home remodel came about because the house had some significant structural and foundational issues due to the expansive soils’ underneath.   The home had sunk into the ground on one side and damaged every structural part of the home.  Our engineering team raised the house, installed structural piers, braced the structure with a new grade beam, and poured new footings & slabs.  That was just the start! We then turned our focus in designing and rebuilding the entire interior of this home with a new open concept.
