The team at Cheba Hut San Diego wanted to relocate their sandwich shop to a larger space with a bar. Firestone Builders was tasked with transforming the new space into their vision. The project involved demoing the dated wall paneling and glass wall, plumbing a new beverage machine, grease trap, adding new walls, installing new millworks, wainscoting, custom queue lines, pendant lighting throughout, quarry tile flooring at the bar, epoxy floor at work stations, and an exposed aggregate polished concrete dining room. The space looks great and is ready to serve San Diego and SDSU.
