The city of Encinitas needed some significant remodeling at its city hall. We fully rebuilt the council chambers and gave this dated space a much-needed modern look to increase the seating capacity and functionality of the chambers. This also brought them up to current building and fire standards not to include finally being ADA accessible.  The adding of several new conference rooms throughout city hall meets the demands and needs of city staff.  We then moved on the upgrading all public counters to meet the ADA requirements and then gave the city hall a fresh new look and feel with new flooring and paint.  During this process, we abated all the asbestos in the facility and now we can claim that city hall is asbestos-free.
