Our team was approached by Indian Motorcycle wanting to open a new dealership in San Marcos. We lobbied the city on their behalf to get a conditional use permit and approval to operate within the city. After this phase was complete, we then performed a full design/build of their showroom and service repair shops. We built-in all the corporate specifications into our design and built the dealership within budget.
