The corner home of La Colusa Drive and Rancho Santa Fe in San Marcos , consisting of 3 bedrooms and a single bathroom. Our first task on the project was to replace a collapsed sewer main connection and begin underground excavation for new plumbing.
Firestone performed a complete gut remodel, new asphalt tile roof system, replacement of the underground and in-wall plumbing, new electrical wiring, LED lights, upgraded outlets and switches, new kitchen cabinets, quartz kitchen countertops and all new kitchen appliances. The Bathroom is fitted with a new tile shower, vanity sink and cabinet with a countertop to match the quartz in the kitchen. Throughout the home our crews installed new luxury vinyl plank flooring for all living spaces and also installed an epoxy enamel garage flooring coat. To finish the interior we installed all new doors, vinyl windows, drywall, texture, trim moulding and paint throughout the home. To finish the exterior works on the home our crews installed a new semi-smooth stucco skim coat to give the home a new color and texture. Once site construction is completed, the landscaping will be completed and new fencing will be added for security. The entire remodel of the existing home took 60 days to complete from start to finish. This property is a great example of a quick fix and flip investment opportunity.
