Firestone Builders was approached by a local homeowner to design, permit, and build a turn-key rental duplex ADU in San Marcos, CA. The Firestone team's in-house architect drafted plans to the homeowners specifications. We quarterbacked the permitting process with the city and the utility service design. Once permits were approved, Firestone closely worked with the owner during the building phase to provide the desired finished product. The ADU closely resembles the original home, but with all new modern features including solar power.
