Roosevelt Middle School Cafeteria Modernization

Damage to an exterior sewer line and backed up interior drains and grease lines caused the cafeteria to shut down at Roosevelt Middle School. The Firestone Builders team was tasked to complete an interior modernization of the school's kitchen and cafeteria by completing new underground plumbing, 3 coat epoxy flooring, and replacing equipment as needed for the Vista Unified School District. The exterior work consisted of trenching and replacing 100 lineal feet of sewer and adding new storm drain grates. All work was completed over the course of summer break to have the kitchen up and running for school to return on schedule.
