The original home was built in 1940 and we arrived at this project we realized that nothing had been done to this home since then. For 80 years this home stood, and the decision was made to take the structure down to two walls in order to expand its footprint and make it inhabitable. What this did is essentially creating an entirely new house with a modern touch.
